A thick, rubber and acrylic roof coating for metal, formulated for adhesion and elasticity. Built in metal bonders and primers, it adds strength and when done properly creates a seamless roof. It is designed for waterproofing and maintaining commercial and residential metal roofs, as well a mobile home, and RV (recreational vehicle) roofs. It has excellent bonding to rust and oxidized aluminum. 2 gallons per 100 square feet with a second coat is recommended on rusty metal buildings.
