Designed for full sun and light shade, and has low drought resistance with high durability. It can be used to seed a new lawn or overseed an existing lawn. For best results, apply in the spring or fall when daily average soil temperatures are consistently between 55 Deg. F and 70 Deg. F or air temperatures are between 60 Deg. F and 80 Deg. F.
